What happens in our sessions?
The first session is about getting to know each other. It is important that you feel comfortable with me before we start working together. I will ask you some questions about your health and your current situation and we will explore a bit about what brought you to see me.
Then you will be led step by step into a meditative state in a comfortable, lying position, while remaining fully conscious.
This state makes it possible to explore the inner spaces associated with the present problem. During the session, I will ask you questions to deepen the process and uncover important patterns in the psyche. Together, we look at them and work on solutions that can fundamentally change your life.
The first session lasts about 2 hours, each additional session 1.5 hours.
Everything that happens in the safety space during the meeting is subject to the legal obligation of confidentiality and, of course, remains confidential.
